About The Position

EXACTA Land Surveyors is one of the nation’s premier residential and commercial land surveying companies, providing services in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, Florida, and Texas. They offer all types of residential, commercial, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys, with a commitment to accurate and timely delivery for clients involved in real estate transactions. The Front-End Specialist plays a key role in supporting land survey operations through thorough online research and careful file preparation. This position involves performing detailed property research, preparing quotes, entering orders, and evaluating subject properties to determine when additional documentation is needed using proprietary systems. Over time, the role naturally evolves to include three primary focus areas: Order Validation, Research, and Quotes. The Front-End Specialist ensures files are complete and accurate before moving to the next stage of operations. The role also provides essential administrative support, including managing emails, coordinating with municipalities, and assisting both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with a positive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential.

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma/GED diploma required.
  • Able to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner ensuring business outcomes.
  • Assertive problem-solver and action-oriented team player.
  • Must have a relentlessly positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude.
  • Must be fast on your feet, poised under pressure, and committed to client service.
  • Ability to balance the workload to accommodate demands of the job and exceed client expectations.
  • Proficient in the independent application and use of job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions.
  • May require a valid Driver’s License and maintain appropriate Automobile Insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize requests to meet deadlines.
  • Organize and prepare electronic file folders, ensuring all documentation is correct.
  • Perform administrative support tasks.
  • Fully adhere to company policies, procedures, and work directives.
  • Resolve internal/external customer issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, managers, clients and other parties as related to company services and overall business.

  • Perform all duties as assigned to meet business needs in a safe, ethical, and professional manner.
