This role as a Documentation Specialist is responsible for the administrative functions associated with MidFirst Bank’s Commercial Real Estate loan portfolio. Position Responsibilities: Monitor taxes and insurance for Income Property loans. Request, review and analyze insurance policies including hazard, builder’s risk, business assets, and general liability to effectively mitigate collateral risk. Ensure adequate submission to third party monitoring vendor. Process Audit Confirmations for Commercial Bank customers through third party software system. Monitor and coordinate annual inspections for commercial real estate collateral.
