About The Position

Aperio Global is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to support mission-critical systems. Requirements

8+ years of frontend development experience with strong UI/UX sensibility
Proficiency in React and TypeScript
Experience with Tailwind CSS for styling
Ability to consume and integrate REST APIs
Eye for responsive design and user experience best practices

Nice To Haves

Background supporting federal, law enforcement, or national security missions
Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
Experience working in regulated or high-security environments

Responsibilities

Design and build modern, responsive user interfaces using React and JavaScript
Translate complex operational requirements into clear, intuitive UI/UX
Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data services
