  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by store operations

Responsibilities

  • Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service while championing the company’s customer‑first service philosophy.
  • Direct and supervise all Front End operations, including staffing, scheduling, customer flow, cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.
  • Manage and oversee cash handling processes, including tills, safe transactions, refunds, check approvals, and cash reconciliation.
  • Monitor and address front end system issues such as scan errors, pricing discrepancies, and equipment or system emergencies.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise front end staff; make recommendations related to hiring, discipline, and employment status changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and grooming expectations.
  • Manage labor, supply usage, and other expenses to meet budget and performance goals.
  • Support store sales initiatives and serve as an overflow cashier when needed.
