JOB PURPOSE: TO DELIVER ON THE MISSION OF WILCO BY PROFITABLY PROVIDING SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. JOB SUMMARY: Directs daily activities and participates in the supervision and performance management of cashiers. Acts on Wilco’s customer service strategy by providing fast, courteous, and efficient customer service. Trains cashiers and other store employees. Lead cashier department and contribute with store team to improve overall performance of departments. Act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
