Responsibilities

Provide liaison and communications with store personnel in the areas of accounting, audit and control.
Wear communication equipment while on duty including a headset.
Supervise Front End personnel including Gate Attendants.
General overall responsibility for the security and control of company assets , both independently of and in conjunction with the General Manager.
Contribute to the overall efficiency, accuracy, and production of the store staff duties, by suggestion, recommendation, technical advice and planning.
Follow all Policies/Procedures as set forth.
Processing of sales invoice through the cash register, by Front End personnel.
Establishment of Team Member, inter-company, freight claim charge accounts, and Team Member accounts receivable records, reports, statements and collections.
Control and accountability of cash received and credit card charges.
Overseeing Accounts Receivable.
