Annapolis Homegoods is now hiring for a Full Time Front End Customer Service Supervisor. This position is in charge of all Front End controls. It is the Front End Supervisor's role to coach and train all associates to ensure the Front End is running smoothly. One of the primary responsibilities of this position is to drive our TJX Rewards Credit Card Program. It is imperative that this leadership position drives our TJX Rewards program by obtaining customer applications while ringing out customers on the front end to lead by example. This position will also be responsible for doing role plays with associates to ensure they are properly offering the card to our customers. The candidate must have a proven track record in leading a team in a customer service oriented environment. The preferred candidate will also have sales experience.
