The Front End/Asst Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role assists the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals, monitoring quality assurance standards, and directing/supervising all functions and activities of the Front-end department. The Assistant Department Leader supports day-to-day Front-end operations, assists with the execution of best practices, goals, and standards, and demonstrates the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
