The Front End/Assistant Department Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customer returns. This role assists the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals, monitoring established quality assurance standards, and directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the Front-end department. The Assistant Department Leader supports the day-to-day functions of Front-end operations and is responsible for assisting with the execution of best practices, goals, and Front-end standards, while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
