About The Position

The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors while maintaining building security and supporting daily front desk operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for the community and helps ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor and control building access according to security procedures
  • Maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery logs
  • Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
  • Answer phones and respond to basic inquiries and requests
  • Observe and report suspicious activity, safety issues, or policy violations
  • Enforce building rules and front desk procedures respectfully
  • Communicate with property management, maintenance, and security staff
  • Complete daily logs, incident reports, and shift handover notes
  • Assist residents with general information and directions
