Not to sell the most expensive package, but to sell the value of park offerings and find the best fit for our Guests; thereby providing the best service. Team Player: Respectful and responsible Team Member who brings a positive attitude to the Team. Strong Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must. Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a busy and face-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure. Cash Management: Ability to handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently. Resolution Management: Ability to calmly resolve Guest complaints.
