About The Position

The Front Desk Team Member is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, friendly, and efficient experience. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, processing transactions, answering questions, and providing top-notch customer service at all times. This role combines cashier duties with guest service responsibilities to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Positive, friendly, and engaging personality with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant guest interaction.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and willingness to assist in other areas as needed.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Stand for long periods of time.
  • Move about the facility, bend, and reach as needed.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest warmly and create a positive first impression.
  • Process payments quickly and accurately using the POS system.
  • Answer guest questions about products, services, and promotions.
  • Recommend items and upsell when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of items needed for guest transactions (wristbands, tickets, merchandise, etc.).
  • Support other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow all cash handling and operational procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.
