As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their entire experience. Your genuine warmth and helpful nature will enable you to rise to every occasion, from cheerfully greeting excited families on vacation to handling requests from travel-weary guests with prompt courtesy. You will have many opportunities to brighten someone's day by providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Comfortable using a computer and different software
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform continuous movement
  • Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Provide that critical first impression to guests
  • Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone
  • Check guests in and out using a computer
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Solve problems and address guest inquiries
