As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for guests, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their experience.   • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform continuous movement.
  • Capability to lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software.
