About The Position

As a Front Desk Supervisor at CIVANA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. Your responsibilities will include developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and policies for front office operations. You will also perform various departmental functions as needed, maintain effective communication among staff, and ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints. Additionally, you will oversee front desk operations, lead and support Front Desk Agents, and maintain accurate reservations and billing.

Requirements

  • One to two years of experience in a Supervisor role in Front Office preferred.
  • Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
  • Willing and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Knowledge or passion for Health & Wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and updating SOPs, training manuals, policies, and procedures for all front office operations.
  • Performing functions for various departmental positions as needed, according to operational demands.
  • Using and maintaining all channels of communication, such as logbooks, memos, and whiteboards, to ensure all staff are up to date on critical information.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction through appropriate resolution of all issues and complaints.
  • Overseeing front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out experiences and exceptional service.
  • Leading and supporting Front Desk Agents, providing training, guidance, and motivation.
  • Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate reservations, billing, and reports.
