Requirements

  • Experience in front desk operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A commitment to creating a welcoming and efficient front desk environment.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve guest issues with ease.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor front desk agents to deliver outstanding service.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  • Assist in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for front desk staff.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure accurate billing and reservations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
