About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and deliver an elevated guest experience. This role oversees front desk associates, supports check-in and check-out processes, resolves guest concerns, and ensures service standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a background in upscale or luxury hospitality. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of front desk or guest services experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset
  • Ability to resolve guest concerns calmly, professionally, and with discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems and basic computer skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
