The Front Desk Supervisor plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by leading the front desk team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position balances hands-on guest service with team leadership, training, and operational oversight.

Requirements

  • Prior hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred
  • Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
  • Experience with Jonas a plus
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support front desk associates during daily operations
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of guest concerns
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of front desk team members
  • Maintain accurate reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and cash handling
  • Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Step in to assist at the front desk as needed during busy periods
