Please come join our team as the Front Desk Guest Services Supervisor at the Hampton Inn & Suites Deland, Florida. We are looking for an experienced front desk guest services supervisor. Previous hotel supervisory experience is required. Local candidates only, non-smoking position. BASIC PURPOSE: Manage the Front Desk Guest Services operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with IHG policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Assist the General Manager and Front Office Manager in his/her duties. Organizational Scope: Position is responsible for the short-term planning and day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department. The major areas of responsibility include Front Desk, PBX, Night Audit. Recommends, implements and monitors the Department’s budget and manages expenses within approved budget constraints.
