Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with safety and security procedures.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support as needed.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs.
  • Oversee accurate check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes.
  • Maintain front desk records and financial transactions with precision.
  • Assist in implementing new procedures and technology to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs.
  • Monitor lobby appearance and ensure it meets brand standards.
  • Promote a positive team environment and lead by example.
