Our senior living community is seeking an experienced Communications Supervisor (Front Desk Supervisor) to oversee daily operations of our four front desk reception areas. This is a highly visible role that ensures the highest level of customer service to all residents, staff, and guests. You will supervise a team of 25 front desk professionals and be responsible for interviewing, training, and development. You'll oversee daily operations of four reception areas, coordinate schedules for coverage, maintain staffing levels, and conduct employee evaluations with the support of the Customer Service and Communications Manager. To be successful in this role requires strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others, excellent computer skills, exceptional verbal communication skills, schedule flexibility (days, nights, weekends, and holidays required), and a high standard of excellence. Compensation: commensurate with experience $25-$30/ hour
