The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional service to all internal and external guests while providing daily leadership, support, and guidance to the front desk team. This role oversees the full scope of front desk operations—including guest service, training, scheduling, and performance management—to ensure a seamless and memorable arrival-to-departure experience. As the first point of contact for many guests, the Front Desk Supervisor plays a key role in setting the tone for the guest experience and serving as an ambassador for the Villas at Snowmass Club.
