We're seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Front Desk Supervisor to join our dedicated team at the iconic Bar Harbor Inn and Spa. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, supporting the Front Office Manager in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest. From check-in to check-out, your leadership will help create the warm and memorable experiences our guests cherish. Requirements

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with front desk software (training provided).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for guest service excellence.

Nice To Haves

Previous hospitality or front desk experience is preferred.
Proven track record in team leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient guest service.
Lead, mentor, and support front desk staff to achieve their best.
Train new team members and provide ongoing support for hotel systems and procedures.
Manage room assignments, guest check-ins/check-outs, and special requests.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations.
Assist the Front Office Manager with scheduling, performance evaluations, and administrative tasks.
Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
