Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or shift lead experience is preferred. You should be a "Self-Starter" who is ready for more responsibility.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to the "Sense of TEAM."
  • Proficient with computers, email, and database programs.
  • You should be well-informed about the local area, daily resort events, and emergency safety plans.
  • Impeccable grooming and a dedication to the resort's dress code.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Current, valid Driver's License with a satisfactory MVR.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Showcase gracious, high-energy hospitality. You'll be at the desk during peak hours to ensure service is efficient, professional, and friendly.
  • Empower the Team: Assist associates with complex questions and empower them to solve guest issues on the spot. Create a positive, productive atmosphere where the team can shine.
  • Guest Mastery: Become an expert on our "frequent flyers"—know our VIPs and their special requests by heart to ensure they feel like family.
  • Operational Flow: Master all front desk functions, including Agilysys, Concierge services, and guest account handling. Ensure check-ins and check-outs are as breezy as a day on the lake.
  • Problem Seeker & Solver: Don't just wait for problems—seek them out and fix them! Satisfy guest needs within resort guidelines and maintain a calm, professional composure.
  • Cross-Department Liaison: Build great relationships with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B to ensure the guest journey is seamless from arrival to departure.
