About The Position

As the Front Desk Supervisor, you’re the command center of our guest experience — leading a team that sets the tone from the moment guests walk through our doors. You’ll: Supervise all aspects of Front Desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between Lead by example with a service-first mindset and strong operational discipline Train, coach, and empower Front Desk associates to deliver exceptional hospitality Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and elevate every interaction into a positive experience Monitor business levels, forecast challenges, and implement effective solutions on the fly Maintain a polished, organized lobby and uphold brand standards at all times Ensure compliance with cashiering procedures, security protocols, and accounting policies Review daily arrivals, departures, VIP lists, and special requests to ensure flawless execution Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence

Requirements

  • High school diploma (some college a plus)
  • Strong communication skills — verbal and written
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations accurately
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts in a 24/7 environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory experience (hospitality strongly preferred)
  • Guest relations or training experience
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
