About The Position
The Front Desk Supervisor at Firelake Hotel is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Front Desk function in accordance with Casino and Tribe standards. This role involves directing, implementing, and maintaining a service and management philosophy that guides the staff. The supervisor ensures that guest service standards are met and that all staff adhere to financial requirements and accuracy. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of departmental policies, operational procedures, and facility standards, as well as the ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve complaints effectively.
