About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least 5 years of related experience with a minimum of 1 year in front desk supervisory role.
  • Experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and overall efficiency of front office operations.
  • Train staff as outlined in the Front Office Training Procedures.
  • Supervise workloads during shifts and evaluate job performance of front office employees.
  • Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments.
  • Implement and maintain Front Office department minimum standards.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and supervision of front office staff.
  • Prepare work schedules for staff and authorize payroll based on approved labor standards.
  • Analyze rate variance, monitor credit reports, and maintain observation of daily house count.
  • Monitor the selling status of the house daily, including flash reports and allowances.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of PMS, check-in/check-out procedures, and posting charges.
  • Assist guests with individual needs and requests, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Ensure staff evaluations are completed professionally and timely.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and ensure staff is prepared to provide excellent service.
