About The Position

We believe that our Studio Coordinators set the tone for a client’s overall experience as the first and last touchpoint with clients, so it is a very important role to the success of the studio. The Studio Coordinator is a key position in creating the ultimate client experience. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a collaborative, fun, and busy environment. This person is a team player who will be able to confidently promote our services and products, is self-motivated, and remains curious.

Requirements

The ability to demonstrate customer experience skills
Effective communication skills including, but not limited to, initiating and managing client conversations
Able to demonstrate problem solving skills

Experience in salon/beauty environment or retail sales

Responsibilities

Greeting and checking in customers when they arrive at the studio.
Assist with client inquires, educate clients about our service offerings, product selection and membership program.
Manage the schedule and provide creative solutions to problems helping maximize the client experience and provide support to the service providers.
