Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and strong presence
• Self-starter with a leadership mentality
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide amazing customer service
• Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image
• Maintain a pleasant and positive demeanor
• Operate a point of sale system
• Solve problems at the front desk using logic and support resources
• Work at a sustained, fast pace
• Multitask with ease
