We are a fast-growing, performance-driven salon, and we’re looking for a motivated Front Desk Sales Coordinator who wants to help grow our business, increase first-time visitors, convert leads, and drive revenue — while being the friendly face of our brand. THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION: This is a 35–40 hour per week role requiring availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends . Reliability and schedule flexibility are essential. You love hitting goals, closing memberships, and turning “just looking” into “I’m booked!” You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to: Convert new leads into booked full sets Upgrade guests into premium services Enroll guests into monthly memberships Follow up relentlessly on warm & cold leads Track your numbers and compete with yourself to do better every week WHAT YOU’LL DO : This is a revenue-generating role. Sell full sets, refills, upgrades, retail & memberships Make daily outbound calls, texts & emails to leads Follow structured follow-up cadences Convert first-time visitors into long-term members Book appointments in person, by phone & through CRM Deliver a luxury guest experience from check-in to checkout Support lash artists and maintain a clean, organized front desk WHAT WE DO: The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
