TR Toppers is recruiting a part-time or full-time Front Desk Representative in Pueblo, CO. As a Front Desk Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and incoming communications, making customer service a top priority. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a professional, welcoming demeanor. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing front desk operations, and handling general administrative tasks. The role requires actively listening to customer concerns and providing thoughtful, effective, and individualized solutions. A strong understanding of the company’s customer service policies, along with comprehensive product knowledge, is essential to deliver prompt, accurate, and high-quality support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional coursework or training in customer service, office administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Data Entry experience
  • The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with effective problem-solving and resolution skills
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional front desk and reception area
  • Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
