About The Position

Requirements

- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments in coordination with other departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist with handling mail, deliveries, and office supplies inventory.
