About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and member-focused professional to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, positive, and seamless experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors. As the first and last point of contact, you will set the tone for the entire Club experience, providing exceptional service, support, and professionalism at all times. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You’re an energetic, service-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working with people. You take pride in delivering excellent service and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to every shift. We also encourage our team to embrace our Club culture by utilizing the facility for personal wellness. Familiarity with our programs and a passion for a healthy lifestyle help create a more authentic member experience.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling member concerns with professionalism and care
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft programs
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes: Weekday afternoons and evenings Weekends Holidays and school breaks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with point-of-sale or membership software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and consistency
  • Assist with member questions, concerns, and requests, escalating when appropriate
  • Provide information to prospective members and clients
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
  • Manage check-ins, account inquiries, and general front desk operations
  • Ensure a positive first and last impression for all members and guests
  • Support day-to-day member service operations
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and complete basic administrative tasks
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Understand and consistently follow Club policies and procedures
  • Support overall Club operations as needed
