Goldfish Swim School is hiring Front Desk Representatives to support our mission of teaching life-saving water safety skills while delivering a GOLDEN experience for families. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong communication, organization, customer service skills and reliability
- Must be comfortable working with computers and web-based systems
- Able to learn new technology quickly and navigate Google Workspace platforms
- Swim Instructor training and Lifeguard certification required as part of the role
Nice To Haves
- Sales, customer service, childcare or hospitality experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist families in person, over the phone, and via email/text
- Educate families on Goldfish programs, scheduling, and enrollment options
- Complete registration, billing tasks, and daily reports accurately
- Maintain a welcoming front desk environment and support daily facility operations
- Collaborate with pool deck team to ensure a smooth swimming experience
