Responsibilities

Greeting Patients: Welcome patients with a friendly demeanor and assist them during check-in.
Scheduling Appointments: Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources.
Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and provide information about clinic services.
Patient Registration: Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and medical history.
Billing and Payments: Process payments, verify insurance coverage, and handle billing inquiries.
Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of patient visits, treatments, and follow-up appointments.
Pickup mail daily and monitor needed transactions
File all patient records and adhere to HIPPA regulations and rules.
Coordinating with Dental Staff: Communicate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and other team members.
