  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and vendors
  • Fax, file, scan and photocopy documents
  • Schedule and re-confirm appointments
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Organize and schedule meetings
  • Respond to emails and perform data entry
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Assist with tenant correspondence, including notices and lease updates
  • Prepare, manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems
  • Minimum 2+ years of front desk experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Minimum High School Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
