About The Position

The Front Desk Receptionist at ONU Salon is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through their salon experience. This role involves welcoming clients, managing check-ins and check-outs, and promoting salon services and products. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a relevant environment.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under stress.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Industry experience in a salon or spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into the salon and guide them through the service process.
• Recommend and sell the Aveda Plus Rewards Membership.
• Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for clients.
• Collaborate with Designers to provide the best care for clients.
• Educate guests on products to promote Home Care sales (Haircare, Skincare, Bodycare, and Makeup).
• Maintain cleanliness in the salon to ensure a welcoming environment.
