• Confidently present care plans and close patients on suitable packages.
• Maintain office flow between patients and healthcare providers, fostering clear communication and trust.
• Greet patients with a smile and positive energy upon arrival.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented while inputting charges and documentation in patients' accounts.
• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure accurate record keeping and smooth operations.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
