About The Position

The Front Desk Receptionist at WoodSpring Suites Wixom is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit a cheerful and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Answer telephones and direct callers to the appropriate associate.
  • Greet and direct visitors to the company.
  • Take and retrieve messages for various team members.
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions, and website details.
  • Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.
  • Maintain and route publications.
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
  • Keep mail room and storage areas orderly and hazard-free.
  • Complete ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
  • Provide administrative support for various department leaders.
  • Stock break rooms with supplies and keep them tidy.
  • Run, unload, and put away dishes in break rooms.
  • Manage office equipment and assist associates with its operation.
  • Publish OnCue each week.
  • Follow safety and security procedures.
  • Learn and refer to the Concord Operating Procedures.
  • Order catering for meetings.
  • Keep water stocked for visitors.
  • Assist with in-house meetings and trainings.
