About The Position

Engage Workspace is a professional coworking and office environment designed specifically for attorneys and legal professionals. We provide a structured, well-run space where members can focus on their work while relying on consistent, high-quality office operations. The front desk plays a central role at Engage. It is the first point of contact for members, guests, and vendors, and it helps ensure the space runs smoothly throughout the day. We value reliability, professionalism, and people who take ownership of their role and follow established processes. This is an in-office environment with steady activity and clear expectations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the space organized, welcoming, and operating efficiently every day.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with scheduling systems or CRMs is a plus
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Strong people skills with the ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure
  • Strong organizational and project execution skills
  • Highly dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing interruptions and shifting priorities throughout the day

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Law firm or professional services experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Manage conference room reservations, ensuring rooms are organized and ready
  • Maintain reception and common areas to present a professional environment
  • Greet members and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Deliver concierge-level service and support for member needs
  • Open and close the office daily (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m (with a 1-hour lunch break))
  • Retrieve, sort, and distribute mail, FedEx, and deliveries
  • Manage office and café supplies, budget, track inventory, and reorder as needed
  • Enter and maintain accurate data for Engage reporting metrics in core systems (CRM, scheduling systems, etc.)
