This is a hands-on receptionist sales position with day-to-day duties that include scheduling client appointments, answering phones & emails, checking clients in/out, cash handling, assisting customers, selling retail, managing the POS system, confirming appointments, and cleaning and merchandising. Specialty focuses may include retail merchandising, social media marketing, and leading & mentoring new Guest Experience Maestro’s (GEM). How You’ll Do It Providing EXCELLENT customer service to all clients Following all company rules and policies Communicating Sales & Specials to clients, offering additional services & products Answering phones & emails Booking appointments Confirming client appointments Following new client retention protocol Checking in and out clients, taking payments, and answering questions Keeping sales (cash and credit card) accurate Boutique Retail handling: steaming, tagging, arranging, merchandising, cleaning & stocking, and dressing mannequins Helping clients with retail boutique items, fitting rooms, information, and sales Regularly keeping shop clean & presentable to clients Responsible for opening and closing duties in the shop Checking GEM communication binder daily for updates During COVID following all safety protocols as required Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • 1+ years of receptionist experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and written
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
