Stan McNabb Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a team-oriented part-time Receptionist. The right team member will maintain a positive attitude, work well with others, maintain the highest marks in CSI, meet performance metrics, and help train others. You will be responsible receiving calls at the dealership, determine the nature of their business, and direct callers to their destination. Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • You must be personable and driven to exceed expectations related to customer service.
  • Hours are Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 7 PM and Saturday 8 AM - 6 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and customers as they arrive at the dealership.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our services.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and various departments.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
  • Receiving calls at the dealership, determine the nature of their business, and direct callers to their destination.
  • Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers.
