As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations. Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One year previous experience
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties
• Good communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Some hospital clerical experience
• Medical terminology
• Computer experience beneficial
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff
• Admit patients and process their paperwork
• Update patient demographics/information in system
• Collect monies due and document in the billing system
• Handle funds per office procedure
• Answer incoming phone calls
