About The Position

Design Mechanical, Inc. a Comfort Systems USA company In Colorado, we have two locations – Louisville, our corporate headquarters, and Breckenridge with a combined 400 employees. We’re seeking an enthusiastic professional to fill this full-time role and rise to the challenge. The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented and personable multitasker with experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced office setting. This person will bring resourcefulness, organization, and stellar communication skills to the desk.

Requirements

Experience as a receptionist
Experience with Microsoft Office software, including MS Teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Greet visitors in a friendly manner; answer and redirect phone calls and shipments; send and respond to emails
Oversee standard office equipment and supplies (such as printer, ink, toner, and paper, drinks), and report any malfunctions to the appropriate person or department
Prepare conference rooms for meetings and organize catering, as requested
Maintain detailed calendars, coordinate schedules, prioritize meeting requests and logistics, and arrange all aspects of travel
Establish and maintain a record-keeping system for contacts, files, and employee directory
Other duties as assigned
