Front Desk Receptionist
About The Position
North Pointe Care Center is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, and professional who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Originally founded in 2013, the organization now consists of hundreds of independent operating subsidiaries, as well as ancillary and support services. Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems

- Receptionist or healthcare experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain visitor sign-in/sign-out logs
- Provide basic administrative support to staff
- Keep the front desk/lobby area clean and organized
- Follow facility policies and confidentiality guidelines
