The On-call Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for supporting the front desk at Corporate CHQ, the HUB, and Global Training Center (GTC) with on-call support when needed to cover planned and unplanned PTO or times when coverage is needed at the desk. When at the desk they are the first point of contact for all visitors of the Alaska Airlines Corporate buildings. As a member of the Employee Services team, this individual contributor role maintains front desk office needs by providing support and organizing and implementing office functions including procurement of supplies, maintaining office records, and supporting relationships with Alaska’s office vendors.
