Requirements

  • 1 year previous experience required
  • 2 years preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Truly enjoys working with kids
  • Is patient, warm, and great with nervous little ones & parents
  • Communicates clearly and kindly
  • Stays organized in a busy, energetic (sometimes noisy!) environment
  • Can multitask like a pro
  • Is confident when discussing scheduling or balances
  • Learns quickly and jumps in to help wherever needed

Nice To Haves

  • Dental/insurance experience is a plus — but not required!

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming kids and families with genuine warmth and positivity
  • Updating patient info + verifying insurance
  • Helping families with treatment plans, cost estimates & payment options
  • Checking patients in/out and keeping the day running smoothly
  • Answering calls, scheduling appointments & filling schedule gaps
  • Supporting our clinical and admin teams when needed
  • Keeping our office organized and stocked
