About The Position

Cape Cod Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine PC (CCOSM) is a privately owned growing practice with locations in Hyannis, Falmouth and Sandwich Massachusetts. Requirements

Excellent listening and communication skills are essential to this position.
Previous medical terminology/background is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for checking patients in/out and obtaining medical information through telephone or face-to-face contact.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel may be required as we have multiple locations.
