We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community.   • Greet and direct all visitors and callers with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer phones promptly and assist residents, families, and staff with questions or needs.
  • Monitor emergency pendants and pull cords, ensuring quick responses when needed.
  • Perform security-related tasks such as perimeter door checks.
  • Support residents with newspaper deliveries and provide light assistance at the desk.
  • Keep the front desk and surrounding common areas clean and inviting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of receptionist/concierge or service-oriented experience (hospitality or senior living preferred).
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • A calm, patient, and tactful demeanor when working with residents, families, and team members.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to use basic office equipment.
