As a Front Desk Receptionist at My Village Pediatric Dentristy, your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with dentists, dental assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
Accept constructive feedback
Conflict resolution and problem solving
Must be a Team Player
You must have 2 years office experience (desired)
High school diploma or equivalent
Legible handwriting
Basic Computer skills (prefer Google suite experience)
Someone with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs.
Overall someone who is respectful to fellow team members, patients, and the Doctor and is genuinely nice and kind.

Responsibilities

Patient scheduling and confirmation
Dental health records
Maintaining patient accounts
Insurance eligibility
Direct customer service
General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed
